- International shipping: We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. FELTORA uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping in most supported markets, helping prevent unexpected import charges at delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

- If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping fees may apply.
